These Terms of Service govern your use of LifeLore at lifelore.latentedge.io. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use LifeLore.

LifeLore helps you preserve your life story by sending you writing prompts, letting you write and edit stories, upload photos, and invite people to suggest prompt ideas.

We may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Use a strong, unique password.

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it current. You must be old enough to form a binding contract and at least 13 years old to use LifeLore.

Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You own the stories, photos, and other content you create in LifeLore. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You grant us the limited permission needed to host, store, back up, and display your content so we can operate the service for you and for collaborators you have chosen.

You are responsible for the content you upload. You confirm that you have the rights to any photos or text you add and that your content does not violate the law or the rights of others.

LifeLore lets you invite others and lets collaborators suggest prompt ideas. When you invite someone, you are responsible for having a reasonable basis to contact that person at the email address you provide.

You control which suggestions you use and what you share. Collaborators do not gain ownership of your stories.

You agree not to misuse LifeLore. This includes not attempting to access other accounts, not disrupting or overloading the service, not uploading unlawful, infringing, or abusive content, and not using the service to harass others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create risk for the service or other users.

LifeLore offers a free plan and paid plans with additional features. The features and limits of each plan are described on the pricing section of the site and may change over time.

If and when paid billing is enabled, applicable fees, billing intervals, and cancellation terms will be presented to you before you are charged. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

The LifeLore name, software, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without permission.

LifeLore is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available, or that content will never be lost. Please keep your own copies of anything important to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeLore and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using LifeLore and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service.

Certain provisions, such as content ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, survive termination.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date above shows when the current version took effect, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
